Payment of Service

Payment is expected at the time of service if you do not have insurance. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you are insured, we will file your claim, and co-pays are due at time of your visit. Please bring any necessary referral forms with you.

We participate with Medicare and most major insurance plans, including many HMOs and PPOs. Keep in mind that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your provider—any remaining balance is your responsibility.

If you have questions about your bill or need help with a claim, contact Syracuse Area Health at 402-269-2011 and ask for the billing department. If full payment isn’t possible, we ask for monthly payments of at least $50 or 10% of the balance. Accounts are considered delinquent after 60 days.
