"Our son was injured in a football game and Scott came in on a weekend. He took the time to explain that the injury, while somewhat serious, was nothing to be concerned about. He set up a recovery program that was easy to follow and allowed our son to finish out the year. On another occasion, another of our sons was training for the half marathon and his foot was hurting.
